Cambodia Taxi does not provide travel insurance for customers. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase suitable travel insurance before their trip to cover unexpected events, medical emergencies, personal belongings, trip cancellations, and other travel-related risks.

All itineraries and estimated travel times are provided as general guidelines and may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, seasonal changes, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Cambodia Taxi reserves the right to adjust routes, schedules, or tour arrangements when necessary for safety, operational reasons, or customer requests. Additional charges may apply if customers request changes that increase the journey time, distance, or service requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking details, including pickup location, destination, travel date, departure time, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and any agreed special arrangements.

Please inform us in advance of any changes or special requests. We recommend confirming your pickup arrangements with our team before your departure to ensure a smooth journey.

Bookings can be made by contacting Cambodia Taxi through our available booking channels.

A booking is considered confirmed once the necessary details have been agreed upon and confirmation has been provided by our team. Customers should provide accurate contact information and travel details when making a reservation.

Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

For most bookings with a total value below US$200, no deposit is required. Payment can generally be made directly to the driver or guide after the agreed service has been completed.

For larger groups, extended tours, special arrangements, or bookings requiring advance commitments, a deposit or advance payment may be requested.

Any required deposit, payment deadline, balance, and accepted payment method will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify Cambodia Taxi in writing by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges are calculated according to the time the written cancellation notice is received by our team.

• 48 hours or more before departure: No cancellation charge.

• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total booking price may be charged.

If a deposit has been paid, any applicable refund will be handled according to this cancellation policy and the agreed booking conditions.

We recommend contacting our team directly if unexpected circumstances affect your travel plans.

Requests to change the travel date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, or number of passengers must be communicated to our team as early as possible.

All changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the requested changes affect the agreed price, route, duration, or vehicle requirements.

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

• Ensure that their passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid.

• Treat drivers, guides, vehicles, and other passengers respectfully.

• Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

• Inform us in advance about special luggage, child seats, accessibility needs, or other requirements.

Cambodia Taxi reserves the right to address behavior that creates a safety risk or seriously disrupts the service.

The selected vehicle must be suitable for the number of passengers and their luggage. Customers should provide the correct passenger count and luggage details when booking.

If the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the agreed vehicle capacity, an alternative vehicle or additional service may be required, subject to availability and extra charges.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Please check the vehicle carefully before leaving.

Cambodia Taxi will take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable service. Customers should report any lost items or safety concerns to our team as soon as possible.

Cambodia Taxi may update these Booking Terms & Conditions when necessary. The applicable terms and any specific payment or cancellation arrangements communicated and agreed upon for your booking should be reviewed before confirming your reservation.
