Personalized Meet & Greet: Your professional driver will await you inside the arrival terminal holding a customized nameboard.
Spacious & Air-Conditioned Comfort: Relax in a clean, fully air-conditioned vehicle suited to your group size and luggage needs.
Flexible Rest Stops: Stop along the highway upon request for restrooms, coffee, local snacks, or lunch at local restaurants along National Road 6.
Optional Cultural Stop: You can request a brief stop at the famous Skuon Market (“Spider Market”) to see local dried delicacies and snacks along the way if traveler request.
Direct Hotel Drop-Off: Arrive safely at your destination without extra transfers or hidden fees.
Distance & Travel Time: The journey covers approximately 340–350 km (210 miles) along National Road 6 and takes about 5.5 to 6.5 hours depending on traffic, weather conditions, and rest stops.
Flight Monitoring & Delays: Flight arrival details are tracked automatically. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Complimentary Waiting Time: Your driver will wait for up to 60 to 90 minutes inside the arrival hall after your flight lands to give you plenty of time to clear immigration, collect baggage, and pass through customs.
Luggage Capacity:
SUV: Max 3 passengers + 3 standard suitcases.
- Minivan (e.g., Hyundai Starex / Alphard): Max 5–6 passengers + 4–5 suitcases.
Large Van (e.g., Toyota Commuter): Max 8–10 passengers + 8–10 suitcases.
(If traveling with oversized luggage or golf bags, please consider booking a larger vehicle category).
Rest & Bathroom Stops: Drivers are happy to make complimentary 15–20 minute rest stops along the highway for food, drinks, coffee, or restrooms upon request.
Payment & Gratuities: All fuel, airport parking, and road fees are included in your fare. Driver tips are not mandatory but are customary and greatly appreciated for good service.
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we kindly request that all cancellations be made in writing.
- More than 24 hours before departure: No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Less than 23 hours before departure: fully charge of 100% of the total fare
- No-show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled transfer without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval of the cancellation request if you agreed on bank transfer if you choose payment by bank transfer.
