- Less than 48 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Less than 33 hours before departure: fully charge of 100% of the total fare
- No-show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled transfer without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
