Prek Chak/Ha Tien Border: This is an international border crossing. Ensure you have all necessary travel documents (passport valid for at least 6 months, Vietnam visa if required) ready before departure. We do not assist with visa processing.
Currency: Have Cambodian Riel (KHR) or US Dollars (USD) ready for the drive, and Vietnamese Dong (VND) ready for once you cross the border. While USD is widely accepted in Cambodia, Riel is better for small purchases.
Travel Time: The estimated 3.5-4.5 hour duration is highly subject to traffic conditions (especially exiting Phnom Penh) and road works.
Luggage: Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on your group size and amount of luggage.
Border Operating Hours: The Prek Chak border typically operates during daylight hours (roughly 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Schedule your transfer to arrive well before the border closes.
Onward Travel: This service ends at the Cambodian side of the border. You are responsible for crossing the border and arranging onward transportation in Vietnam (usually toward Ha Tien).
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Partial Refund/No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in the case of a “no-show,” may not be eligible for a full refund (specific terms depend on the service provider’s policy).
